Reservation Commitment

Once a reservation is made, the selected dates and room(s) are exclusively reserved for you. This may require us to turn away other potential guests. Therefore, cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Operational Considerations

We schedule staff, allocate resources, and plan services based on confirmed bookings. Last-minute cancellations significantly disrupt operations, so refunds are not possible.

In unavoidable emergencies, kindly contact our reservations team. Although refunds cannot be issued, we may provide a future-stay credit at the management’s discretion.
